The mXT2954T2 is a single-chip capacitive touch controller for 15.6 inches Windows 8.x certified or Android enabled notebooks and Intel Ultrabooks. With the revolutionary Adaptive Sensing architecture featuring both mutual and self-capacitance, it enables the highest performance with the industry s lowest power consumption. It provides intelligent support for integrated Active Stylus and finger hover detection to distances up to 20mm (2cm). Support: off the shelf maXTouch standard modules are available to help shorten development time and reduce risk. Microchip also has a strong selection of factory trained global touch sensor module partners to help support custom touch sensor and/or touchscreen display designs.
